Yes. It is totally free + Lifetime updates as promised. The overhead of backing up all sites and making sure all the sites, plugins and themes are updated takes the fun out of WordPress. We strongly believe in making the advanced technology available to everyone and have kept a set of core features part of the free admin panel.

The base panel is totally free. Additional functionalities are available in the form of product licenses. Every license includes updates + support for one year. Product licenses will be auto-renewed yearly.

All tiered plans give you access to all of our premium features and includes updates and support for one year.

However, there are two differences between the plans –
1. Site Limit: You can manage up to 10 sites with the Starter license, up to 20 sites with the Developer license and up to 50 sites with the Freelancer license. The Agency and Enterprise licenses do not have a limit to the number of sites you can manage. Additionally the Enterprise license gives you access to the Enterprise Solution Addon.

2. Support: You will receive standard support with a turnaround time of 1-3 days with the Starter, Developer and Freelancer license. With the Agency and Enterprise licenses, you will get Priority support.

Yes. If you have paid $147 for the Starter license, you can upgrade to the Developer license by paying the difference in amount which will be $247 – $147 = $100. A similar calculation will apply for the other plans too.

Yes. You will remain in the current plan till the license expiry date and once it’s time for renewals, you can subscribe to a lower plan.
