Is my data safe?
We take security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our data center is EU safe harbor compliant and all plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
I already have a license. Can I upgrade?
Of course, you can. If you have already subscribed to a plan or purchased a license, we’ll give you a pro-rated discount, based on your purchase date. Email us at help@infinitewp.com and we’ll set you up.

PRICING
The base panel is totally free. Additional functionalities are available in the form of product licenses. Every license includes updates + support for one year. Product licenses will be auto-renewed yearly.
All tiered plans give you access to all of our premium features and includes updates and support for one year.
However, there are two differences between the plans –
1. Site Limit: You can manage up to 10 sites with the Starter license, up to 20 sites with the Developer license, up to 50 sites with the Freelancer license, and unlimited sites with the Agency license. The Enterprise license allows you to manage infinite number of sites and additionally the Enterprise license gives you access to the Enterprise Solution Addon.
2. Support: You will receive standard support with a turnaround time of 1-3 days with the Starter, Developer and Freelancer license. With the Agency and Enterprise licenses, you will get Priority support.
RENEWALS
Renewals cost the same as the original purchase amount for each license as mentioned on the pricing page.
SUPPORT
We always try to reply to all tickets within the day, irrespective of your license. Since users with the Agency license and Enterprise license have invested more for support, their requests will carry a higher priority than users with the other licenses. If we get swamped with more requests, the response time may increase for the Starter, Developer and Freelancer licensed users. We strive to get you a resolution with as less correspondence as possible.

No. We support only the latest and the immediate previous version of the admin panel and client plugin. We strongly recommend that you keep the admin panel, the client plugin and all licenses up to date to ensure highest reliability of the system.
